Ensuring all contractors supply evidence of Safe Work Method Statements and relevant competencies for the tasks required

Ensuring relevant insurances and required licenses and/or permits are current

Conducting site-specific inductions for prospective contractors or service providers
Safety, Service and Compliance

Project manage Retail and Commercial fit outs to remove the risk of non-compliance.

FMX oversees all works undertaken by service providers

Complete all annual certification. i.e Annual Fire Safety Statement, Cooling Tower registration, vertical transport certification etc..

CAPEX Forecasts and life cycle reports.

Conduct ongoing reviews of service contracts and ensure alignment with scope of works.
FMX conducts contract management of the following services:

Mechanical – inclusive of all common area air conditioning, Chillers, Cooling Towers and associated pumps and services.

Electrical – inclusive of all common area switchboard maintenance and testing. Monitoring load capacity for retail and Commercial tenants.

Security, including CCTV, and Access control.

Fire Services – Compliance and monthly testing

Building Management Control System (BMCS) – monitoring energy consumption and reducing utilities costs through monitoring energy consumption.
