Our project managers are commercially orientated and technically competent. All personnel have extensive
experience managing capital works projects within Premium, A, B and C Grade commercial and retail and
industrial assets.

In addition to managing major/minor base building upgrade/refurbishment and tenancy works, FMX can

contribute to equipping any asset of all necessary building services including sustainability, technology,

security, mechanical and electrical plant, power and water efficiency.

Design review

FMX will gain insights to the building operation and can offer advice and potential design changes from an operational perspective. This approach allows the Facilities Managers to hit the ground running from the Practical Completion date.

Design review

FMX offer highly experienced Facilities Management services across new and existing commercial developments. FMX utilises high-end FM software to streamline operations. Our software provides tenant access to a main portal assisting with prompt responsive communications supporting our high quality customer service values.

Defects Management

As FMX were involved during the design and construction phase, our team will seamlessly integrate into managing operations on the site including rectifying all defects during DLP. 

Design review

FMX specialise in Capital Works projects with particular consideration for technical assignments. Our team draws from unique engineering knowledge which underpin our core values of competence. For us, Project Management delivery aligns both facilities management fundamentals and technical expertise.
